Project 365 - Week 6

Project 365 button designed by http://richgift.blogspot.com

OK, I am gonna warn you right now ... this is not the most exciting week we have ever had. I woke up Wed. with a serious case of the flu. And it all went downhill from there. I feel accomplished that I have any pictures here at all.

But, exciting or not, you will at least have some super cute girls to look at!!

Thank you Sara for hosting us every week! You rock!

And, here we go ....

Sunday - I was going through some drawers and found a bag of long forgotten head bands from when the girls were too small to rip them off of their heads. Once they figured that one out, I was done for. Sophie tried it on and LOVED the way she looked in it so kept it on for the rest of the day. I think we have found a great look for her!!!

Monday - Ummm, it doesn't work quite as well for Hattie. But that's OK, she is still beautiful!

And, yes, these are two separate days. I promise!

Tuesday - Playing peek-a-boo around the fish tank. I would give a million dollars for a video of this, the laughter and sounds of pure joy coming from these sweet things was PRECIOUS!

Wednesday - This was my view for the day - I was so very thankful for my trusty Holly Hobby blanket ... and, yes, it is mine, not one of the girls! And, I must admit that this is a cheater pic - I was WAAAAYYY too sick to do any picture taking on the actual day! It was actually taken the next day.

Thursday - Hubby helped with the laundry while I was out of commission - Bless him - and left this for me. All folded nice and neat.

Thanks Honey!

Friday - Got a little somethin in the mail. I have been waiting a lllllooooonnnnggg time for this one. Pretty sure my PBFF Beth Moore wrote this one just for me!

Saturday - The first time I could find enough energy to attempt the laundry room. This is just the tip of the iceberg. And it might just wait til tomorrow...

So that is a look at our week!

How was YOURS?

16 of ya left some love:

My daughter goes NutS when I find old forgotten hair accessories. What a great couple of shots you got!!!

I think our family would be a hit on YouTube too – why do we always miss the best video shots while we stand their laughing??! You can see they’re both just cracking up in this photo. Funny!

Husbands who help with laundry rock!!!

Hope you feel better :)

mine was busy too...but I was not sick. So sorry to hear that. It is no fun when mommy is out. Cute picture of them playing peek-a-boo. I love to hear those laughs. Feel better.

My flu pic was a cheater too - taken the next day! Loved your vantage point much more than mine! I figured it would do me good to be humble enough to take a picture of myself crashed out on the couch! Hope you're feeling much better and that no one else in your house catches it. I think we've all gotten it here!

You have adorable girls. My two little ones are almost 7 & 8. I remember those days when they were as little as yours.

Enjoyed your week of photos!

Hope you get back to 100% soon! It's so hard to be sick, especially when there are little ones to care for.

The headband shots are precious! All your photos are great. Except for the "sick" one which is a little blurry. Like maybe its owner was heavily dosed on Nyquil or something? :-)

Your intro is inferring that the rest of us have fun-packed, exciting weeks, which in my case would be wrong. I come here for glimpses of those sweet girls. ;)

Yay for helpful husbands!

So sorry you were sick this week! Kudos to you for keeping up anyway, and kudos to hubby for helping!
I got that book too and can't wait to go through it with Beth on the blog.
Have a great week!

Your little girls are so adorable, with or without headbands. So sorry you were sick, but glad to hear you are feeling better now. Do you follow the LPM blog. Beth is talking about doing a study on that book with her followers. I'm thinking about joining in, but I haven't gotten the book yet. I really want to, but out women's group is getting ready to start "Breaking Free" and I'm not sure I can handle doing both. But I'll probably try. lol

Have a great week and take care.

I am trying out Project 365 for the 1st time this year. It is a challenge, but think it will be worth it in the end. Hate that you have been sick. Hopefully you will be back up to speed soon!

So sorry you had the flu. I'm afraid getting the flu might just put me "over-the-edge!" Love the Holly Hobby blanket. ;)

wouldn't it be great if clothing was disposable (LOL)

hope you feel better soon, I think it's our turn as the teenage DD had a fever this morning and stayed home from church and I feel yucky right now, sick no fun!

Happy 365!

Blessings
Robin

Sweet faces and sweet 'sounds'. I could imagine the giggles.
It's almost a week later, so hope you're feeling better by now.
